We are seeking a dependable **Site Supervisor** to support daily security operations within a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on customer service, operational excellence, and building strong relationships with both clients and security personnel.
As the Site Supervisor, you will partner closely with the Account Manager to help oversee security operations, support officer performance, maintain a safe environment for customers and staff, and ensure all expectations are consistently met.
**Shift:** Friday-Tuesday 1pm-9pm - Sunday's hours are 10am-6pm
**Location:** Burlington, MA
**Salary:** $57,845.00/yearly
