Security Team Lead - CF Shops at Don Mills.

Job Description: Working on assigned shifts, you will provide proactive and reactive security patrols and respond to incidents. You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to emergencies in a quick and efficient manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Supervisor with day-to-day reporting and daily operations
• Assist in leading a team of 2-6 guards.
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain compliance with and enforce property standards, rules, and regulations in a reasonable manner
• Other duties as outlined by management

Qualifications:

• Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
• Must have a valid G license
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved provider
