Job Description
- Drive Cross Border performance and business growth across multiple categories in the Philippines.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement growth strategies for the categories, collaborating with Seller Management teams (based in China, Korea, Indonesia, etc.), Cross Border regional function teams, and local teams (Marketing, Business Development, Operations).
- Help bridge the gap between seller offices, regional teams, and local teams.
- Develop and execute seller programs, initiatives, and promotion strategies to drive Cross Border business growth for the categories handled.
