Be the calm in someone’s storm.
We’re looking for a patient, understanding, and genuinely brilliant individual to support a Year 3 pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a primary school in Lewisham. It’s a full-time role where your presence will make all the difference.


What the role looks like:



  • 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil managing SEMH challenges


  • Building trust, routine, and emotional resilience throughout the school day


  • Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals


  • Helping the pupil access learning in a way that feels safe and achievable


  • Using de-escalation, praise, and empathy (your superhero toolkit)

  • What we’re looking for:



  • Experience with SEMH, trauma-informed practice, or behaviour support (school-based or other settings)
