You will work with pupils who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, supporting their learning and well-being in a range of classroom environments.

Duties as SEMH Teaching Assistant:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Help manage behaviour and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and coping strategies
• Encourage independence and social interaction among pupils
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with staff
