Semiconductor NPI & Manufacturing Program Lead

XILINX ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is looking for a Program Manager in Singapore to lead complex, cross-functional programs that ensure successful product launches and manufacturing execution. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to manage the semiconductor product lifecycle, from new product introduction to production ramp.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in semiconductor engineering and program management tools, with excellent communication skills to influence and align stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain is preferred, along with certifications in project management.
