The Role:
Work closely with pupils who need extra support to access school confidently and consistently. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, help pupils follow routines, regulate behaviour, stay engaged in learning, and build confidence throughout the school day, while feeding back clearly to teachers and the SENCO.
