At Vision for Education, we are looking to appoint a caring and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work within a welcoming primary school in Brentwood.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them thrive both academically and personally.
The Role

The successful SEN LSA will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. You will play an important role in helping children access learning in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
The role may involve supporting pupils with:

Autism (ASC)
ADHD
Speech and Language difficulties
SEMH needs
