About the role

You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of SEN and SEMH needs, helping them feel safe, regulated and able to engage with learning throughout the school day.

Your support may include:


  • Providing steady 1:1 or small-group support across lessons and the wider school day
  • Helping pupils navigate emotions, behaviour and social situations
  • Supporting transitions, routines and unstructured times
  • Encouraging positive communication and independence
  • Working closely with teaching staff and SEN leads
