Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

First for Education is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Dawley, Telford, supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD and challenging behaviour.

This full‑time, long‑term position involves working with pupils who require additional support with learning, communication and personal development. The school caters to pupils with a focus on SEMH and ADHD, providing a highly supportive environment, experienced staff and access to specialist training. This role will involve challenging behaviour and requires thick skin, but the rewards can be incredible.
