We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a vibrant and well-resourced specialist school for students aged 4-19 with a range of learning differences.
The Role:
You will be leading a class of 8 students aged 12-15 years, all working at a V2-V4. The students have a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition, Global Developmental Delay, and associated conditions. Some present with behaviours that challenge, but all are supported by well-established systems and a skilled multidisciplinary team.
Your classroom will include:
Students who are mostly non-verbal and communicate using body language, facial expressions, PECS, AAC devices, and visual supports.
