Job Description
New Directions Education are currently working in partnership with a Leeds, SEN Provision, who are actively recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher ahead of the new Academic Year. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an inclusive, nurturing environment that cater to learners with complex learning needs.
We want to hear from:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
 Experience working with children and young people with SEND in a mainstream or specialist setting
Strong understanding of SEN strategies, inclusive teaching practices, and behaviour management
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting vulnerable learners
Creative
You will be working with learners across all phases, providing tailored support both in and out of the classroom. The role involves:
