Responsibilities
- As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will support students either one-on-one or in group settings throughout the school day.
- You will work with children who have identified SEN needs.
- Your role will involve supporting pupils in the classroom, participating in specialist mentoring sessions, and assisting during some break times.
- Some students may exhibit more challenging behaviours, and the school will provide training in effective interventions and strategies.
