Key Responsibilities
Support pupils with a range of additional learning needs (including ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD, and complex needs)Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions under the direction of the class teacherAssist in implementing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and behaviour support plansPromote positive behaviour and support emotional regulation using appropriate strategiesAdapt learning materials to meet individual pupil needsSupport pupils with personal care where required (training provided if applicable)Encourage independence, communication, and social developmentWork collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external professionalsMaintain accurate observations and contribute to pupil progress records Person Specification
