About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Tutor to join a specialist post‑16 education setting supporting young people aged 16‑25 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The provision supports learners working at Entry Level 3 to Level 2, with a strong focus on progression into supported internships, employment, and independent living.
This role is ideal for a practitioner who is passionate about improving life outcomes for young adults with additional needs. You will deliver personalised, engaging learning that develops functional skills, employability skills, confidence, and independence.
A key part of the role involves preparing learners for adulthood and work through structured employability pathways, including work experience, travel training, interview preparation, and life skills development.
