SEND Class Teacher
This inclusive South Shields school takes a child-centred approach to SEND, recognising that every pupil’s journey is unique. Staff work together to provide structured, compassionate support that helps pupils feel safe, regulated and ready to learn. A SEND Class Teacher is now needed to join this dedicated team.
Your role will include
Teaching a class of pupils with additional needs
Adapting lessons to meet individual learning requirements
Supporting emotional regulation and engagement
Working closely with SEN and pastoral teams

QTS with SEND experience or strong interest
A calm, flexible and empathetic approach
Confidence working with diverse needs
