SEND Information & Advice Support Worker (Hybrid/Remote)

Derbyshire County Council is seeking a Support Worker for the Derbyshire Information Advice and Support Service for SEND (DIASS). This statutory service provides impartial information and support to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. The role requires exceptional communication skills for advising over the phone and in person, plus the ability to handle legal training and policy information. Experience in advocacy is beneficial. The position is based in Matlock with travel required across the County.
