We’re on the lookout for a caring, patient, and switched‑on SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with SEND in a welcoming school setting in Bath. This isn’t just another TA role. You’ll be a steady presence, helping pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to help children access learning
- Building trust and positive routines in the classroom
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
