Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver learning tailored to each pupil, aligned with EHCP outcomes and individual needs
• Work collaboratively with support staff and specialists to meet pupils holistic needs
• Build positive relationships with families and celebrate progress at every stage
• Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports pupils emotional wellbeing
• Contribute to the ongoing development and future direction of the school

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong commitment to supporting children with SEND
