SEND Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join welcoming and supportive schools
The Role:
Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils both academically and emotionally
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND
Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Passionate about supporting pupil development and wellbeing
