 MUST HAVE:
 -recent experience preparing for or leading AREA SEND inspection
 -direct experience as a senior leader in SEND services
 -strong track record in delivering transformation

 MINIMUM 2 DAYS PER WEEK ON SITE – NON-NEGOTIABLE
 Full time/part-time negotiable

 The SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Transformation Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the improvement and transformation of SEND services.
