Position: SEND Coordinator (SENDCo)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SENDCo to join our vibrant Primary School. You will lead our SEND provision across the school, ensuring that all pupils with additional needs receive the highest quality provision to achieve their full potential. You will play a crucial role in the school's Senior Leadership Team and manage the school's DLD Resource Base and internal Resource Base.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the SEND provision across the school.
• Work collaboratively as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, continually reflecting, evaluating and improving practices across the school.
• Work closely with teachers, support staff and external agencies to implement effective strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and statutory requirements.
