Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive nursery in the B29 area of Birmingham to recruit an experienced and passionate SENDCo.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the nursery.
  • Identify and assess children's additional needs at an early stage.
  • Develop, implement, and review individual support plans and targets.
  • Work collaboratively with nursery staff, parents, carers, and external agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation.
