The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Proactively seek out and acquire new clients, driving the growth of our Engineering Solutions businesses.
- Accurately identify the needs, developing and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential customers, primarily within the engineering and manufacturing industries.
- Provide exceptional customer support by guiding clients towards successful outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with both clients and internal team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities: -
- Develop new accounts, services existing Customers; expand product range and usage in the assigned territory with a proactive mindset that focuses on exceeding sales growth.
- Ensure personal sales target is met.
- Cultivate strong relationship with customer.
- Able to organize and plan proper scheduling sales activities.
