Senior Accountant Financial Reporting

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage core financial reporting, month‑end close activities, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion (including FCCS module) and strong analytical capabilities supported by advanced Excel skills. Experience within real estate, property management, or facility management industries is highly preferred.

• Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
• Manage core accounting functions including general ledger, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
