Salary: £35,000 - £55,000

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join a Practice based in Wetherby. This role offers a unique opportunity for career advancement, with a pathway to partnership for the right candidate. The position is with a top 20 firm, within one of their smaller local teams.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and supervise financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close processes.

•Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

•Conduct complex financial analyses and provide insights to optimize financial performance.

•Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and improve operational efficiency.

•Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and provide strategic advice.
