Senior Accountant - Operational Finance

Clark Builders is hiring a Senior Accountant to lead fiscal management and financial administration for large construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Set up, lead, oversee and implement procedures for mega projects ($200MM+), including complex contract types, joint ventures, specialty building types and national clients.
• Ensure client contractual requirements are met in regard to billing and accounts receivable, including contract analysis to determine billing deadlines, payment terms, billable and non‑reimbursable expenses, insurance and fee billing agreements, and approved billing rates for staff and trade labor.
• Create a supportive environment for a high‑performing finance team, provide training opportunities, and engage in mentoring relationships.
