Senior Accountant or Asst. Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with expertise in Owners Association and Property Management to oversee the company’s financial accounts, including property management and community management, to ensure that all finance and accounting functions are performed to deadline and standard. This includes reporting and returns, budgeting and forecasting, payroll processing and financial analysis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the financial process of the company including the Owners Association and Property Management functions.
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the management and auditors.
• Liaise with HR on payroll processing.
• Responsible for accurate cash flow management and providing recommendations on spend allocation.
