About the job Senior Accountant - Real Estate
A well-known large publicly traded corporation is hiring for senior accountant for Real Estate projects. Responsibilities include:
- Perform monthly calculations, reconciliations and recording of revenues and commissions for real estate projects
- Prepare internal and external partner reporting for real estate projects and manage full cycle accounting
- Prepare and process construction draws, cash calls , distributions and cash flow reconciliations and manage working capital
- Support auditors for external audit
- Perform month end closing and prepare accounting working papers
- Analyze development projects and perform budget versus actuals
Requirements
- Atleast 2-3 years strong accounting experience in a public company or audit firm
- CPA designation or in process
