Job Responsibilities
- Prepare group consolidation, financial reporting and financial analysis
- Group consol for about 18 subgroup and entities, in total we have about 80+ entities.
- Group consol via excel.
- Assists in preparation of consolidated monthly financial reports, periodic results SGX announcement and annual statutory accounts
- Oversee the accounts of subsidiaries companies within the Group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting
- Statistics / survey preparation and submission
- Ability to perform corporate tax computation / tax reporting and support and ensure compliance with all tax filing requirement
- Support and assist in Groups annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast
- Assist the finance team in ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned
