Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and compliant accounting records
- Prepare financial statements and monthly schedules
- Handle full-cycle bookkeeping and system entries
- Manage statutory tax filings and government compliance (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, etc.)
- Coordinate business permit renewals and registrations
- Support audits, client onboarding, and internal reviews
- Supervise junior team members and review outputs
- Lead team meetings, monitor deadlines, and ensure performance goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 4–6 years of relevant experience
- Preferably with CPA or relevant certifications (e.g., NC III, CMA, CTP, etc.)
Technical Skills
- Strong grasp of Accounting Standards (Full PFRS, PFRS for SMEs/SEs)
