About The Role
Senior Adviser Service Delivery responsible for supporting end‑to‑end service delivery, demand management, and portfolio governance. Serve as a trusted interface between business stakeholders and IS&T.
Location: Kitimat, BC – permanent, full‑time, no fly‑in‑fly‑out. Relocation assistance available.
Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert across service delivery, demand shaping and portfolio governance
- Support stakeholder engagement by providing clear, timely updates and insight on service performance
- Compile, analyze and report operational and portfolio data to support decision‑making
- Support demand and portfolio management activities, ensuring initiatives are visible, prioritised and aligned
