Senior Advisor, Workplace Relations

people2people are recruiting an exciting opportunity a Senior Advisor, Workplace Relations to work for a State Government Department. This is an initial 3 month assignment, with potential to extend, offering an immediate start for the right candidate. Located in Doncaster, offering hybrid work arrangements.

Duties:

Assist with the end to end re-deployment process

Research and investigate queries from managers, employees and unions

Identify and report on emerging employee relations issues

Support and coach managers in the prevention and resolution of industrial disputes

 
About you:

Experience dealing with complex and sensitive employee relations issues

Experience providing strategic industrial relations advice

You are an experienced HR Generalist with knowledge of redeployment processes

Previous experience working in State Government is highly regarded
