Why We’re Looking for You Feathery is growing rapidly (over 6x YoY), and as we expand into more complex use cases across financial services, we’re investing heavily in intelligent automation and advanced AI capabilities—particularly within our document intelligence product. 
We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer  to lead the development of Feathery’s document intelligence system, which lies at the core of our AI-powered platform. This product powers the extraction, understanding, and transformation of complex documents (like insurance forms, statements, and financial disclosures) into structured, actionable data—accurately, reliably, and at scale.
