Senior ai delivery engineer

Syrup builds and installs practical AI in the tools businesses already use. Custom AI agents and an AI operating system we install for teams. We're part of the Claude Partner Network.

This is our first senior delivery hire. Some teams now call it a forward deployed engineer. You sit close to the client, build inside their stack, and own the gap between demo and production.

What you'll do:

Lead builds end to end: custom AI agents and the AI operating system we install for clients Work with Claude and GPT-class models, Whats App and Slack integrations, and automation tools (n8n, Flowgear) Do the context engineering and the unglamorous parts that make AI actually stick in a real business Scope a job, build it, ship it in six weeks, and say no to the parts that won't work Work directly with the founders and touch every client we have
