**MANTECH i** s seeking a motivated, career, and client-oriented **Senior AI/ML Strategist** to join our team in Arlington, VA. This is a Hybrid position.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ **Framework Architecture:** Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level governance frameworks for AI/ML models, defining standards for model versioning, access management, and structured risk approval workflows.
+ **Tier-4 Escalation & Security:** Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier-4 model governance support, establishing robust API security controls and access policy boundaries in tandem with cybersecurity teams.
+ **Responsible AI & Algorithmic Integrity:** Establish complex evaluation metrics to mitigate algorithmic bias and ensure all deployed models comply with ethical AI principles and federal regulatory standards.
