About the role
The Senior Amazon CoE Manager defines and scales Dyson’s global Amazon strategy, standards, and growth framework.
This role operates as the global Centre of Excellence for Amazon, setting the commercial, content, advertising, and operational playbook that markets execute locally. You will establish the one-year growth strategy (JBP), define portfolio and profitability guardrails, and ensure consistent best-in-class execution across all Amazon marketplaces.
The mandate is to drive sustainable, profitable growth on Amazon through strategic clarity, commercial discipline, and operational excellence.

You’ll own:
Global Amazon Joint Business Planning (JBP) 
Global Commercial strategy / growth roadmap with Global Account Director 
Portfolio and profitability governance 
Global standards, frameworks, and toolkits for Amazon execution and cross market scaling
