Responsibilities:

As part of the analog/RF team, you will be responsible for:
Analysis/synthesis of analog specification

Analog architecture definition

Design of functional blocks

Electrical simulations (Spice / Fast Spice)

Behavioral description and simulation

Layout design and verification

Database integration

IPs debug and characterization

Support of product characterization

Your profile:
8+ years of experience minimum in a similar position, Master’s Degree and/or Engineering school specialized in microelectronics design
Technical skills:

Deep knowledge of analog CMOS process

RF front-end 13.56MHz (demodulator, load modulation, energy recovery) proven design experience

Bandgap, regulator, oscillator, proven design experience
