This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable analyzing data, developing product strategy, and leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
You will own key aspects of our Business Platinum, Business Gold Rewards, and broader SBS product portfolio, identifying opportunities to drive growth, strengthen competitive differentiation, and enhance the Cardmember experience. Working with Marketing, Servicing, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and other business partners, you will influence decisions, build alignment, and help bring new products, capabilities, and customer experiences to market.
