Senior Animator/Motion Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Animator / Motion Designer who can make ideas move — literally. You’re a craft-obsessed creator who can take a brief, visualize it, and bring it to life through stunning motion. You understand timing, rhythm, and how animation can turn complex ideas into emotional, unforgettable visuals.

This is a senior hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving creative environments and can own the animation process end to end — from concept and motion design to editing and final polish.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Manager / Creative Director to define the animation language of our venture launches and campaigns, helping shape stories that feel as real as they are bold.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Animation and motion design across multiple startups and campaign launches under Disrupt Labs.
• Create high quality 2D for product explainers, walkthroughs, launch films, ads, and social content.
