Purpose of the Job:
leads the presentation and development of process solutions, addressing complex technical inquiries and ensuring feasibility. mentor junior engineers, manages customer relationships, and coordinate follow-up and negotiations with sales. leads the development of comprehensive proposals/solutions for complex projects, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders (sales, BD, product, applications) and market/customer demands.
