Key Responsibilities

• Lead social and affordable housing projects from design through to delivery
• Oversee Revit documentation and ensure quality across all stages
• Coordinate consultants and manage project teams
• Liaise with clients and contribute to project direction
• Resolve technical and planning requirements
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to design discussions and studio knowledge-sharing
