Job Summary

Belgravia is an Architecture role focused on the construction delivery of a Grade II Listed townhouse refurbishment. Based in Belgravia, the position involves prime residential refurbishment projects in Central London, with responsibility for technical coordination, site queries and construction-stage information.

You will work closely with the client, contractor and specialist consultants to support the final stages of delivery on heritage-led residential schemes. The role requires strong listed building experience, excellent technical knowledge and confidence coordinating architectural, structural and MEP information.
