Responsibilities
Producing and overseeing technical design and contract documents in compliance with owner requirements, in collaboration with project teams. Working with team members to validate that designs and deliverables conform to technical guidelines, code requirements, regulations, quality assurance and control. Providing technical design solutions for both new and renovation projects including interior and exterior assemblies. Leading assembly of specifications for projects using the NMS format. Coordinating and leading internal production teams. Coordinating with project sub‑consultants. Providing technical mentoring and project leadership to office staff. Assisting with contract administration including site visits and working with construction contractors. Qualifications
