Senior Associate, Campus Recruitment 1

The opportunity

We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to assist in managing the recruitment process for our Practice. In this role you will work closely with the National Campus Recruitment Team, Human Resources, and client‑serving teams to recruit qualified campus undergraduate and master’s candidates to fill staff and senior‑level co‑op, intern and full‑time positions nationally. You will coordinate all recruitment activities, maintain relationships with campus career centres and faculty, represent the firm’s brand on campus, and serve as the main point of contact for students, the Campus Recruiting Leader, and other core business services.
