Senior Associate, Client Coverage Compensation

Neuberger is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Production Compensation Team within the Finance group. In this role, you will support the end-to-end compensation process for our Global Institutional and Intermediary sales teams, contributing to innovation, efficiency, and insights that assist the firm’s financial planning. The position involves working closely with various groups, including Payroll, Client Billing, Fund Admin, HCM Business Partners, Client Coverage Management, and Technology, to help ensure the effective execution of the sales compensation process.
