Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision of the Corporate action events and and serves as the point of escalation for the team.
- Processing of Corporate action including dividends, rights issue, stock splits, tender offer and mergers.
- Monitoring, interpreting event details from exchanges, custodians and issuers.
- Reconciling entitlements and payments received from custodians.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate action events and dividend payments for all markets and prompt notification to clients and our traders.
- Handling enquiries related to corporate action events.
- Knowledgeable in US tax reporting and QI certification and perform periodic tax reporting.
- Comply with all procedures and ensure proper documentation
