As an Experienced Hire Recruitment Consultant within EY Middle East and North Africa (MENA), you will play a pivotal role in shaping EY’s future talent pipeline. Working closely with business stakeholders, service lines, and the MENA experienced hire Recruitment team, you will design and deliver end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire high-potential experinced candidates in the is a highly consultative role that combines strategy, stakeholder management, employer branding, and execution. 
Your key responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders and service lines to understand workforce needs, hiring targets, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles across assigned MENA locations.
