Senior Associate II - Borrowing Operations

About the Team The Borrowing Operations team at Navi is responsible for managing the company’s Borrowings with a focus on ensuring compliance, investor experience, and overseeing day-to-day borrowing operations. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s borrowing operations by managing transactions, coordinating with investors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of day-to-day processes, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency and investor experience. What We Expect From You Borrowing Management: ● Prepare monthly MIS. ● Prepare banking proposals for working capital and term loan facilities for the Business Team. ● Maintaining Cashflow of Repayments to lenders. ● Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationship and liaise with banks and financial institutions. ● Manage external rating agencies for the group.
