Job Summary
This is a project‑based, site‑based role acting as the Owner’s Representative for a utility‑scale wind farm, overseeing E&I Balance of Plant works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and applicable standards. The role supports the EBOP Manager in enforcing quality, safety, and contractor performance through construction to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Owner’s representative of the company to oversee and inspect the electrical installation and control system in conformance to E&I drawings, Project Specification, International codes and local standards (IEEE, IEC, NFPA, NEMA, PGC, PEC1 and2).
- Assist EBOP Manager by enforcing quality control and assurance without compromising the safety aspect of the company asset.
- Review Project Quality Plan which meets the expectation and needs of the project and overall operational quality needs.
